Since the installation, he has checked in regularly to see how things are going, and has helped with training and configuration. Technical support from Excel has been excellent as well. Our business would like to commend Mark Trenary of Excel Business Systems for his outstanding service in setting our company up with a new photocopying and document server system. Mark took the time to find out the needs of our busy office and to explain to us technological possibilities we hadn't thought about. Now we have highly functioning and streamlined copying and document processing capabilities.
Mark and his colleague worked with our IT department to ensure the office network coordinated with our photocopier, which is also our office fax, scanner and document server. He patiently trained small groups of our staff, and he returned when we had questions later. The machine has run much more smoothly than our previous machine, is less expensive to operate, and we now have confidence in this cornerstone of our operations.
As a high end travel company, it is important that documents go out looking professional, are complete, and that our busy office doesn't waste time with printing errors, paper jams, and malfunctioning equipment. Our staff is unanimously happy with the great job Mark and his colleagues did for us, and we highly recommend his services to other area businesses.
